Cerchiamo un Senior Electrical Engineer appassionato di innovazione e progettazione di impianti elettrici e speciali per edifici complessi e infrastrutture energetiche, che voglia entrare a far parte di una realtà strutturata e in crescita.Chi siamoSiamo una società di ingegneria e consulenza con oltre 15 anni di esperienza e più di 1.500 progetti realizzati nei settori Energy, Building & Infrastructure per primari gruppi nazionali e internazionali.Crediamo nel lavoro di squadra, nella condivisione delle competenze e in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico, creativo e multidisciplinare, dove formazione continua e collaborazione rappresentano la nostra vera leva di crescita.Chi cerchiamoStiamo cercando un professionista senior motivato a lavorare su progetti complessi e all’avanguardia, dalla fase di concept al follow-up finale, con ruolo di coordinamento e supervisione del team e capacità di gestione di tempi, priorità e obiettivi.In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:Contribuire allo sviluppo dei progetti definendo tempi, qualità e budget.Redigere studi di fattibilità e budget preliminari.Interfacciarsi con clienti, partner e stakeholder di progetto.Guidare come team leader la progettazione – anche in BIM – di impianti elettrici BT/MT e impianti speciali (rivelazione incendi, TVCC, cablaggio strutturato, controllo accessi, diffusione sonora, BMS), in ambito terziario, industriale, sanitario e rinnovabili.Eseguire e verificare calcoli preliminari ed esecutivi su nuovi impianti ed esistenti.Partecipare a sopralluoghi e riunioni tecniche con clienti e appaltatori.Competenze richiesteLaurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente elettrica) o Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico.6 – 7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.Ottima conoscenza di software di progettazione elettrica (Ampère o similari), illuminotecnica (Dialux), scariche atmosferiche (Dehn, Zeus o similari) e software di computazione (Suite ACCA o equivalenti).Esperienza nell’uso di Autodesk Revit e strumenti BIM per la disciplina.Preferenziale conoscenza protocolli LEED / WELL.Spiccata attitudine al teamwork, proattività e capacità di gestione in contesti dinamici e multidisciplinari.Capacità di ascolto, mediazione e orientamento al risultato.Ambiente di lavoro informale, inclusivo e stimolante.Piano di formazione personalizzato e percorsi di specializzazione.Sviluppo di competenze trasversali e crescita professionale.Buoni pasto e free coffee in ufficio.Strumenti informatici innovativi.Possibilità di smart working 1 giorno a settimana e orario flessibile.Proposta contrattualeDisponibili sia inserimenti a tempo indeterminato (CCNL Studi Professionali) sia collaborazioni in P.IVA full time.RAL commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.#J-18808-Ljbffr
