The Role We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers with strong Python skills to train AI models on complex electrical engineering reasoning tasks. This role focuses on technical evaluation and problem design, not software development or data labeling. What You’ll DoDesign rigorous electrical engineering problems reflecting professional practice Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, assumptions, and constraints Validate calculations or simulations using Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard logic Apply structured scoring criteria to multi‑step problemsHow To Apply Apply with your resume (English). Complete a short qualification process and get matched to projects aligned with your specialization. Effort estimate Tasks for this project are estimated to take 6‑10 hours to complete, depending on complexity. This is an estimate and not a schedule requirement; you choose when and how to work. Tasks must be submitted by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria to be accepted.
