All’interno di Var Group , la squadra Help Desk di Tekne rappresenta il centro di eccellenza per il settore Retail , offrendo servizi di Single Point of Contact (SPOC) e di Help Desk Tecnico/Applicativo di 1° livello . Il team, composto da operatori specializzati, prende in carico le richieste attraverso contatto telefonico, gestendo direttamente la risoluzione o indirizzando il caso ai gruppi competenti. L’attività si svolge su turni settimanali, per un totale di 40 ore distribuite su 6 giorni lavorativi (no turni notturni).
