Our Medical Devices (or Regulatory Services RS) team ensures patient safety while supporting timely market access for our clients\' medical device products globally. BSI is an accredited ISO 13485 Certification Body recognized in many global markets. Responsibilities Be the main point-of-contact with our internal technical teams across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), USA and APAC (Asia Pacific), building schedules and prioritizing projects, to ensure timely delivery and consistent monitoring of progress towards milestone targets. Showcase your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, while operating in a global team. Comprehensively and effectively manage any internal or external stakeholder queries. Be heavily involved in handling information and data using software platforms such as MS Office suite (i.e., Excel) and other in-house systems. Qualifications Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordinating, planning, scheduling, and data-handling from multiple sources. Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous. Be able to confidently communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally. Be skilled in MS Office software, with a focus on Excel; navigate, sort, filter, and manage data. Have experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems would be advantageous. Benefits Do you believe the world deserves excellence?
