Principali attivitàGestire e registrare le fatture passive ricevute dai fornitori, sia per prodotti nazionali che internazionali Allocare e riconciliare i costi di trasporto e monitorare le spese di spedizione Supportare la chiusura contabile mensile, garantendo accuratezza e puntualità Verificare la conformità dei documenti contabili Coordinarsi con i reparti operativi e finanziari per assicurare un flusso informativo efficace Gestire contratti di trasporto e procedure di conformità legate a spedizioni nazionali e internazionaliSede del lavoro: Lauzacco - Udine (UD) RequisitiSolida conoscenza della contabilità generale, con focus sulla registrazione di fatture passive e gestione dei costi di trasporto Esperienza con sistemi ERP e software di gestione finanziaria Competenze analitiche per il controllo, allocazione e previsione dei costi Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli per garantire accuratezza contabile Conoscenza delle normative fiscali e doganali relative al trasporto merci Buone capacità di comunicazione e problem-solving Esperienza nel settore spedizionieri/logistica, preferibilmente in aziende di serviziAgile Environment: Embrace a dynamic work culture, where you and your team adaptquickly to meet evolving needs.
