Provide courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external customers, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests. Utilize knowledge of warehouse layout to access products and contents in an efficient and timely manner. Load and unload freight using suitable material-handling equipment safely and efficiently; utilize RF scanner for package tracking to ensure on-time, error-free delivery.

Maintain accuracy when sorting packages based on customer and delivery routes. Safeguard cross-dock operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols. Ensure dock areas are clean and free of debris to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct daily inspections; ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local and internal laws, regulations, and policies.

Collaborate with other warehouse team members to continually improve best practices and optimize freight-related arrangements. Protect company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures; include, but not limited to, candidates, team members, customers, vendors, and proprietary information. QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent experience. Proven successful experience as a dock/warehouse team member.

Physical Demands: Regularly stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Position Type / Hours: Full-time position; typically Monday through Saturday, 32-40 hours per week. Evenings, overnights, and weekends required based on location and business needs. Travel: No travel required.

Work Environment and Other InformationWork Environment: Fast-paced warehouse with varying conditions, noises, and odors.
