Join to apply for the Commodity Buyer EMS/Electronic Components (m/f/d) role at Alpitronic.Responsibilities Identify and qualify new suppliers for electronic components and EMS in collaboration with R&D, Cost Engineer, Supply Chain, Quality and relevant company departmentsNegotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, covering both technical and commercial termsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance and resolve issues. This includes maintaining regular communication, monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiativesRegularly review and update pricing, terms, and conditions to reflect market trends and business requirementsConduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends, benchmark costs, and strategic sourcing decisionsAnalyze and evaluate supplier bids to secure the best value for the organizationConduct supplier scouting and on-site visits to evaluate capabilities and development potential, ensuring alignment with the company\'s quality and performance standardsManage the placement of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while tracking goods received and processing invoicesQualifications Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or Italian is considered a plusDegree in Electronic, Electric, Energy Engineering or similarExperience in EMS/Electronic procurementProven experience in market and supplier analysisExpertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholdersSolution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsOur Commitment Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWhy Alpitronic Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
