Time & Methods Specialist – Loro PianaThe Time & Methods Specialist is responsible for optimizing production processes and improving efficiency within Product Development and Industrialization. The role involves analyzing and improving methods, workflows, and production timelines to ensure optimal resource utilization and meet production targets. The specialist supports strategic decisions to operative management, providing insightful analysis, evaluation, and advice on processes and performance.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement.Analyze existing manufacturing processes and production cycles and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect data on production methods and assess feasibility of proposed improvements.Develop and implement time standards for operations.Work closely with production teams to understand challenges and provide data‑driven solutions.Support costing and engineering teams in defining cost estimates.Communicate findings and recommendations to management by generating reports and presentations.Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as necessary.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.Actively participate in seasonal pricing meetings.Profile5 years of experience in time and methods analysis within the fashion industry, preferably focused on shoes.Good command of English and Italian.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in data collection and analysis.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; Master Black Belt certification is a plus.LocationPorto San Giorgio, Marche, ItalySeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-18808-Ljbffr
