Chi siamo Aliquo è una startup che sta rivoluzionando il modo in cui i genitori si prendono cura del guardaroba dei propri figli. Come? Con un modello di moda circolare che uniscecashback, second hand e sostenibilità reale . Abbiamo un’ambizione grande:reinventare completamente il modo in cui i bambini si vestono .Siamo giovani, ambiziosi, e crediamo che un piccolo team motivato possa fare cose enormi.Il ruolo Il mondo dell'abbigliamento personalizzato per bambini (scuole, campi estivi, società sportive etc) è ancora meno attento di quello privato alla sosteniblità e vive di schemi vecchi e scomodi per i genitori.Cerchiamo un BDR che affianchi i founder nella creazione di opportunità con queste realtà: userai lo stack tecnologico più moderno (Attio, Instantly, Slack, Clickup e un insieme di tool no code - n8n, zapier etc.) e affiancherai un founder con background sales in startup internazionali e big tech.Negli ultimi 3 mesi abbiamo chiuso una dozzina di contratti b2b (tempo dedicato: 20% di un founder) e puntiamo a chiuderne almeno 100 il prossimo anno con un team di 3 persone.Potrebbe essere il modo più rapido per fare esperienza nel mondo delle startup: abbiamo un prodotto unico che risolve un problema sentito da tutti i nostri interlocutori.Cosa farai (sul serio) Chiamerai, manderai mail e visiterai scuole, società sportive, asili e camp estivi Supporterai la creazione e gestione di campagne mail Smanetterai sul CRM Diventerai esperto di script e tecniche di venditaCosa cerchiamoMust-have EsperienzaDisponibilità a lavorare on-site a Milano Forte attitudine al cold calling e comfort con approccio outbound Conoscenza base di CRM (Attio un plus) Italiano madrelingua, inglese B2Nice-to-haveEsperienza con campagne email (Instantly, Lemlist, o similari) Familiarità con tool di sales automation Interesse per sostenibilità e circular economy Esperienza in vendita di abbigliamento personalizzato per scuole o società sportive Background in ambito sportivo o educativoPunti aggiuntivi se hai già lavorato in startup.Cosa offriamo Diventerai parte di un gruppo di persone che vuole cambiare radicalmente il modo in cui vengono gestiti i vestiti per bambini:vogliamo vestire un bambino su dieci nei prossimi 5 anni .
