This SAP TM RISE Solution Functional Analyst role is open globally, with the work model hybrid, location Europe. The role reports to IS Application Business Owner. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand transportation management needs. Analyze existing transportation processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP TM functionalities. Design and configure SAP TM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices. Work closely with system integrators on design and development of business requirements in SAP TM. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and functionality of SAP TM solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP TM tools. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP TM applications. Stay updated with SAP TM enhancements and RISE solutions, recommending upgrades and new functionalities. Prepare documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of SAP TM initiatives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field. Strong understanding of SAP TM functionalities and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, eWM, BN4L). Proficient in SAP RISE framework and its application in transportation management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred. SAP TM certification a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience as a SAP TM Functional Analyst or similar role. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in user training and support, and familiarity with project management methodologies.
