You will work in an international Company characterized by high technology complexity.You will take responsibility for managing active and passive claims:The Contract Manager's duties and responsibilities are to provide appropriate support and guidance to the Project Manager and leadership within the Project team in the management and administration of the contract, consistently with the relevant policies, standards and processes.Participate in all project meetings (internal or with Client/Partners/Major Subcontractors and Vendors) when the agenda relates to the project status, cost and schedule issues in order to be aware of project activities, which may affect Tenova in respect of contractual positions and exposure to risks. The Contract Manager shall issue recommendations to the Project Manager for taking appropriate and timely actions to protect Tenova interests.Initiate, draft and/or review, as the case may be, all incoming and outgoing correspondence with Clients and Partners and, and whenever necessary in case of matters related to Tenova's liabilities, risks and contractual rights, the correspondence to and from subcontractors and vendors.Provide to the procurement manager and the subcontract manager a flow‑down of the contractual requirements to ensure Tenova's obligations set forth in the Prime Contract pertaining to procurement and subcontracting are fulfilled and furthermore to pursue a rational approach and an efficient control of the
