CANDIDATI: 1 QUALITY ENGINEER (SISTEMI ELETTRONICI, VICINANZE LA SPEZIA - Ibrido) RAPPORTO LAVORATIVO: TEMPO INDETERMINATO ORARIO LAVORATIVO: FULL TIME Responsabilità La persona si occuperà dell'assistenza alla produzione al fine di garantire la conformità dei prodotti, la gestione degli incidenti e la risoluzione dei problemi. Lavorerà a stretto contatto con il responsabile dell’area qualità, accompagnando il sito nel miglioramento della qualità, basandovi su norme, riferimenti dei clienti, requisiti e processi. Parteciperà agli audit dei clienti e alle qualifiche del primo articolo (FAI). Sarà responsabile di effettuare controlli di qualità, elaborare procedure di miglioramento continuo e garantire il collegamento con i vari servizi al fine di garantire il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità. Requisiti Laurea ad indirizzo Engineering o cultura equivalente; Esperienza indispensabile nel controllo qualità e nella garanzia della qualità per monitorare e migliorare i processi di produzione; Competenze nella gestione della qualità, compresa l'implementazione di standard e la conformità alle normative; Capacità analitiche ben sviluppate per identificare e risolvere in modo proattivo i problemi di qualità; Ottime capacità di comunicazione, essenziali per facilitare la collaborazione tra i vari reparti e fornitori; Gradita la conoscenza degli strumenti di audit e dei programmi di formazione sulla qualità;Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese.
