If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.Specific personal qualities for this roleInterpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customersAbility to identify customer needs, cross‑sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targetsResponsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional mannerSpecific experience and knowledge for this rolePrevious customer‑facing role within the retail or hospitality industryProven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer serviceCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clientelingFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
