Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs a Material Planner for the Stator Cell you will be dedicated to ensuring on‑time delivery from the launch to the customer. Youll play a key role in our manufacturing plan coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in‑depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.You will be responsible for :Farm out suppliers management in terms of materials fulfilment of production schedule coordinating planning quality and technical issueParticipating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholdersTrack Shop and Suppliers short term plan verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long‑medium term planning cycle time internal shop and supplier capacity hardware / tooling availability and status to schedulesWorking within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements analyze supply and optimise Inventory levelOverseeing cross‑functional teams to resolve bottlenecks materials shortages machine maintenance manpower issues and shop capacityResponsible to develop introduce and improve usability of digital tools collaborating with system engineers front‑end developers and software developers.Understand and track key deliverables (OTD / VTC SMI inventory turns WIP aging)Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will :Hold a University Degree in a relevant field (preferably in Engineering) or strong experience in production control planning supervision or sourcingDemonstrate the ability to work in cross‑functional teams in a global‑matrix environmentHave the ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvementsDisplay a mechanical mindset with an analytical approach to innovationHave a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and competency with MS OfficeDisplay good communication skills and fluency both with the Italian and English languageShow effective interpersonal and leadership skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns :Working flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit in everything in and work when you are the most productive.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
