The Gas Network, Plants & Dispatching – Gestione Rete Directorate ensures the operational, technical, and management oversight of natural gas transportation infrastructure, guaranteeing the continuity, safety, and reliability of company assets.
Within the Directorate, the STL – Servizi Tecnico Legali (Technical Legal Services) Function supports the territory in activities related to the construction and operation of energy infrastructure through an integrated oversight of technical, regulatory, and legal competencies. In particular, the STL Function operates to protect easement rights and concessions, manage interferences with third-party works, and in authorization and permitting procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and national regulatory frameworks and correct interaction with entities, institutional subjects, and interfering third parties. The function also coordinates and supports litigation, mediation, and out-of-court activities, helping to prevent and mitigate technical, economic, and reputational risks for the company.
As part of strengthening specialized competencies to support territorial technical-legal activities, we are looking for a Dottore Agronomo (Agronomist) to be included in the STL function, with the aim of consolidating technical oversight.
Cosa farai in particolare:
- Provide technical-agronomic support in the evaluation of areas (agricultural, industrial, for example) affected by the construction and operation of gas pipelines and plants, during the execution of works, during the signing of an easement, as well as during the resolution of interferences;
- Verify consistency states, agronomic reports, damage estimates, crop valuations, and party appraisals;
- Support the quantification of indemnities, damages, compensation, and compensations for owners, tenants, or title holders;
- Assist the relevant Districts in managing practices relating to easements, concessions, interferences, access to land, occupations, and litigation;
- Contribute to the technical verification of documentation produced by consultants, counterparties, C.T.P./C.T.U. (party technical consultant/court-appointed technical consultant) or external professionals;
- Participate, where necessary, in inspections, technical meetings, adversarial proceedings with property companies, mediations, and preliminary investigations;
- Support the updating of internal procedures, annexes, models, and criteria related to agronomic and estimative issues and territorial oversight;
- Collaborate with the Legal Function, for areas of competence and with other company units in the preparation of technical notes, memoirs, observations, and documents to support the company's position.
