Your Tasks
Support and implement the global inbound logistics procurement strategy, ensuring the best balance between cost, service levels, and sourcing.
Managestrategic partnerships with logistics providers (carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs), ensuring strong performance against contracts, KPIs, and compliance standards.
Define and monitorthe global inbound logistics budget, monitoring forecasts, deviations, and cost performance across regions.
Drive cost‑efficiency and benchmarking initiatives, including RFQs, rate negotiations, and optimization of transport flows, routing, and carrier allocation.
Monitor operational performance and logistics risks, implementing continuous improvement actions and business continuity solutions.
Foster digital integration and visibility, working with partners on EDI, tracking solutions, and end‑to‑end transparency.
Your Profile
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Solid experience in international logistics / inbound transportation.
Strong knowledge of road and sea transport, market dynamics, pricing models, and logistics contracts.
Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and KPI‑driven performance management.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on cost control, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
Confidence working in cross‑functional, multi‑country environments.
Good digital affinity and openness to new tools and systems.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
