Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years, and our global energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills; able to make accurate decisions quickly and implement effective solutions.Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, willing to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
