One who understands that to win today, you need a Movement . You will have the freedom to propose bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately.We need a strategist who will bridge the gap between David Laroche’s personal influence and Paradox’s institutional power—a Brand Architect , a Creative Disruptor , and a “Doer” with Taste .This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Produce content that is unique, aligned with our values, and makes competitors look outdated.Your 4 Major ResponsibilitiesArchitect the “Dual‑Brand” Strategy—build a symbiotic strategy where David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.Propose radical new formats—documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts that shatter the boring codes of the “Self‑Help” industry.Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.Radical Concepting & End‑to‑End Delivery—write hooks, storyboard, and deliver final cut matching the vision.Find and onboard the necessary talent—motion designer, drone operator, niche expert—to bring the vision to life.Ensure scripts, set, and direction are flawless so David can perform without mental load.Take full leadership of the internal content team—set tempo, culture, daily standards of excellence, final quality check against the “Paradox Standard.”Challenge the team to upskill, sharper cuts, better sound, stronger visual storytelling.Treat content as the primary acquisition channel—collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce conversion‑focused assets.Analyze retention, CTR, CPL; iterate, scale what works, kill what fails.ExperienceProven Content Builder—grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Understand the mechanics of virality and retention.Editorial Leadership—managed a creative team (editors, designers) and elevated videos from good to masterpiece.Elite Scripting Skills—presented scripts that performed, structured narratives, hooks that stop the scroll, engagement for 20+ minutes.Performance Fluency—worked where content drives business results (ads, launches, conversion) not just vanity metrics.PersonalityIntolerant to Mediocrity—has “Taste,” fights for details others ignore.Psychology Obsessed—studies human nature and asks why people click, share, and the emotion that drives them.A “Doer” with Authority—commands respect by competence, can write, direct, edit.No Ego, Just Impact—accepts that the best concepts can flop, analyzes data and pivots immediately.LanguageFrench: Native / Bilingual.
