The team is hiring a Mobile Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain mobile network infrastructure. The role will focus on ensuring performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting large-scale deployments across evolving mobile technologies. Connect people, power mobility, and shape the wireless future. Apply now Responsibilities Plan, implement, and enhance MVNO network infrastructure at customer sites. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations using OSS/BSS and Element Manager (EM) systems. Support the deployment and integration of Over-The-Air (OTA) and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platforms. Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure seamless interoperability between MNO and MVNO network elements. Conduct drive tests and verify new RAN sites before integration into the MVNO network. Assist with technical documentation, installation validation, and verification of network KPIs. Analyze technical problems, including coverage gaps or traffic disruptions, and propose effective solutions. Skills / Must Have Mid-Senior Level experience Proven project delivery experience 4G / 5G Core Network expertise RAN knowledge University degree Cisco Certification Experience with Nokia / Ericsson / Altnet IoT knowledge VOIP solutions experience Benefits Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week) Goal-based bonus Opportunities for professional growth and networking Salary Up to €45,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
