As trusted advisors, we support our clients in transforming their businesses and shaping the future.In your role you’ll have the chance to:Drive Strategic Growth : Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med‑tech companies.Collaborate with Industry Experts : Work with a team of experiences consultants and subject matter experts to co‑create innovative strategies and scalable solutions.Develop Client Relationships : Build and nurture long‑term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor.Mentor and Lead Teams : Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Key QualificationsEducational Background : Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBA would be preferred.Industry Experience : Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry. Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred.Language Skills : Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.Communication Excellence : Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.Entrepreneurial Drive : Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation.Leadership Experience : Proven experience in leading and motivating high‑performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration.Cultural Fit : Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands‑on approach to solving client challenges.This role requires a high degree oftravel flexibility .
