Product Innovation Development Coordinator - BU Make up Our Best is Beauty's Next.Reporting directly to the BU Foundations Sr. Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Foundations Business Unit by coordinating and inspiring the team of Customer Project Managers (CPMs). This position is not only about operational excellence—it’s about drivinginnovation , fosteringmarket-driven product development , and ensuring every customer project reflects our commitment to excellence and creativity.Why This Role Matters You will be at the intersection ofmarket insight, product innovation, and flawless execution , ensuring that every project contributes to our vision of delivering cutting‑edge foundation solutions that anticipate market trends and delight consumers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesLead and empower a team of Customer Project Managers, promoting a culture ofinnovation and customer‑centricity .Facilitate regular team meetings to share best practices, resolve challenges, and align on priorities that accelerateproduct development and market responsiveness .Cultivate strategic customer relationships to strengthen credibility andtransform insights into breakthrough product concepts .Project OversightMonitor progress of key customer projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining afocus on creative solutions and differentiation .Act as escalation point for critical issues, driving resolution with agility and collaboration.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement process enhancements thatboost efficiency and enable faster innovation cycles .Champion the deployment of tools and methodologies that supportdata‑driven decision‑making and creative problem‑solving .Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and R&D to ensure seamless execution andalignment with market trends and consumer expectations .Maintain strong relationships with key customers, translating their needs intoinnovative product strategies .Reporting & AnalysisProvide regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics to BU Senior Director.Analyze trends and propose corrective actions to improve overall project health andaccelerate time‑to‑market for new products .RequirementsDeep knowledge of the Makeup Market, with a strong orientation towardFoundation innovationand a proven passion forend‑to‑end product development and launch strategies .Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in a customer‑facing role within cosmetics or beauty.Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability toinspire creativity and accountability .Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail andcuriosity for emerging trends .Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP, MS Office).Fluent in English; other languages are a plus like French and Korean.Previous coordination or people management experience.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.Willingness to travel globally.Seniority Level AssociateEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Product Management and Project ManagementIndustries Cosmetics and Personal Care Product ManufacturingLocation Get notified about new Product Development Coordinator jobs inAgrate Brianza, Lombardy, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
