You will be based in our Rome office, leading Design Teams on a wide range of international projects and reporting directly to the Technical Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all architectural design phases, ensuring regulatory compliance and design qualityOversee preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, and concept development in collaboration with consultants and authoritiesManage surveys of existing buildings and the preparation of related documentationSupervise the production of design deliverables, from concept to construction documents, including cost estimates and permit applicationsGuide the team in preparing moodboards and client presentationsReport project progress to the Technical Director and support in defining design strategies and resource planningProvide leadership and technical support to the design team, ensuring alignment and performanceParticipate in coordination meetings and manage external consultantsSupport team recruitment within the design unitRequirementsMaster Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering Architecture (Master in Digital Architectural or BIM are a plus).Registration in the Italian Architect registration Board or international equivalentAt least 5 years’ experience working as Project Leader on national and international projectsExpertise with AutoCAD, BIM - REVIT and similar softwaresAbility and experience in managing the entire construction processProven leadership, organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFluency in Italian and English (others languages are a plus)More About RIMONDAt RIMOND, we’re an international and culturally diverse team of experts driven by innovation and united by a shared vision: creating landmark projects that positively impact communities and our planet.
