Join our team and start your journey today We are looking for a Product Manager to support the growth of our Refrigeration Controls portfolio focused on Food Service applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and customer engagement. You will own products throughout their lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that drive business growth. Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers, you will help shape the future of refrigeration controls across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs
• Manage product profitability and support business case development for new product investments
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and product enhancements
• Define product positioning and value propositions
• Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities
• Develop technical and commercial sales enablement materials
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive continuous product improvements based on market trends and customer feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems
• Strong interest in technology and product development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and gain alignment across multiple functions
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with refrigeration applications, controls, or food service equipment
• Background as an Electronics Engineer, Application Engineer, or Technical Sales professional
• Product management experience within industrial, refrigeration, HVAC, or controls industries
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and customer applications
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
