Il ruolo contribuirà alla relazione con investitori privati e istituzionali, fornendo analisi strutturate, dati affidabili e insight a supporto della crescita della società.Attività chiave:Sviluppare modelli finanziari a supporto della valutazione di investimenti e nuovi progetti (business case, NPV, IRR, payback, analisi di sensitività)Analizzare la redditività e sostenibilità economico-finanziaria degli investimenti lungo l’intero ciclo di vita e identificando driver di performance e eventuali aree di miglioramentoSupportare, previa definizione delle assumptions tecniche ed economiche con definizione dei preliminari BP di progetto, la funzione finance per la definizione del BP finanziarioPredisporre report finanziari e presentazioni executive per il top management e il Consiglio di AmministrazioneSupportare la relazione con investitori privati e istituzionali, inclusa la preparazione di investor update, informazioni periodiche e materiali per data room, garantendone l’accuratezza e la coerenzaCollaborare con le funzioni interne (Accounting, O&M, etc.) su iniziative di sviluppo e M&ALaurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affiniEsperienza di 2–5 anni in ruoli di financial analysis, corporate finance, advisory o contesti strutturatiSolide competenze in analisi finanziaria e valutazione degli investimentiOttima padronanza di Excel e PowerPointOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseAutonomia, capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e forte orientamento al risultatoSede di lavoro: RomaL’annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
