Orienta Digital, divisione di Orienta specializzata nel Talent Acquisition & Recruiting di profili in ambito ICT, ricerca per azienda leader nella produzione di Sistemi elettronici e Informatici nel settore della Pubblica Amministrazione, un / una : Direttore Tecnico Il Direttore del Team Tecnico di Sviluppo Prodotto guiderà l'intero ciclo di progettazione, sviluppo e industrializzazione di prodotti ad alta tecnologia, con un focus su sistemi embedded, elettronica avanzata, software e architetture di rete. Responsabilità principali : Definire la roadmap tecnologica e supervisionare lo sviluppo end-to-end di prodotti embedded e ad alta tecnologia. Coordinare team multidisciplinari (hardware, software, firmware, reti). Garantire conformità a standard internazionali di qualità, sicurezza e certificazione. Guidare attività di Ricerca & Sviluppo e introdurre tecnologie emergenti. Supervisionare la progettazione hardware / firmware (microcontrollori, FPGA, PCB, comunicazione). Definire architetture software sicure e integrate. Implementare soluzioni di cybersecurity, crittografia avanzata e sistemi anti-manomissione. Progettare infrastrutture di rete e database sicuri, inclusi sistemi blockchain e ledger distribuiti. Supportare la transizione da prototipi a produzione industriale. Background tecnico avanzato in elettronica, embedded systems, reti, sicurezza e programmazione. Esperienza in gestione di team tecnici e sviluppo prodotto. Conoscenza approfondita di protocolli di comunicazione, architetture embedded, sicurezza informatica e database distribuiti. Completano il profilo mentalità innovativa, orientamento alla qualità e alla sicurezza. Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento e retribuzione da valutare in relazione all'esperienza e conoscenza lavorativa acquisita – livello Quadro.
