We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH USWe offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as a :SEMICONDUCTOR RELIABILITY ENGINEERKey ResponsibilitiesReliability plan (fine-tuning)Reliability executionReliability data analysisContribute to problem solving (from request to Failure Analysis lab to full 8D).Skills RequiredMaster's Degree in Electronic, Materials Engineering or similarMinimum 2–3 years' experience in semiconductor-related projectsGood knowledge of semiconductor reliability and AECQ100 requirementsExperience in statistics & drift analysis (before and after reliability stress, such as Thermal Cycle / HAST / HTOL) using corporate tools or JMPBasic knowledge of BCD technologies (plus mixed-signal up to 100V, e.g., 0.18nm) and Analog ElectronicsBasic laboratory instrument analysis (such as optical microscope, oscilloscope, etc.) knowledgeExperience in Hardware / PCB board debugging will be considered a plusTeam and services-oriented spirit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
