About the Role As part of the development of its activities, Xerjoff is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join its Milan boutique, representing the brand’s universe and values within an exceptional luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Customer Experience & Clienteling Welcome and advise each client with professionalism, discretion and elegance Identify clients’ needs and provide personalised solutions aligned with the Xerjoff universe Build long-term customer relationships through a unique, tailored sensory experience Present and promote the house's perfumes and luxury products Sales & Commercial Performance Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique’s overall performance Actively participate in commercial initiatives and new product launches Support the Store Manager in the daily management of boutique operations Visual Merchandising & Operations Ensure the boutique and window displays meet the house's standards Maintain impeccable product presentation and communication materials Handle basic stock-related activities, including goods receiving, replenishment, and inventory support Team & Professional Environment Contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere that encourages collaboration and team spirit Qualifications Previous experience in luxury retail or niche perfumery Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to deliver highly personalised experiences Passion for luxury perfumery and refined aesthetic sensitivity Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve commercial objectives Reliable, dynamic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong asset Polished appearance and professional attitude consistent with luxury standards If you wish to join the Xerjoff universe and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience, we invite you to apply.
