Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring product merchandising and promotional execution are in place.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, maintain long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.
Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and full SKU coverage.
Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance frontline sales capability.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase market share and sales performance.
Requirements
Valid Italian Driving Licence (required for territory travel and warehouse visits).
Valid visa to work in Italy.
Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or market support; prior experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail industries is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in customer relationship management.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently handle on-site emergencies.
High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure; willing to work deeply in the frontline market.
Fluent in Italian or Mandarin.
