Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO).The role requires a hands‑on executive with strong technical expertise and a pragmatic management approach. The CFO will manage a team (2–3 people).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and control process, including preparation of budgets, forecasts, business plans, and capital expenditure plans;Coordinate and prepare management reporting, including monthly / quarterly closings, KPI monitoring, and periodic presentations for top management;Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day Finance and Accounting operations;Prepare the statutory and financial statements;Manage treasury activities;Implement, update, and oversee company processes, procedures, and information systems across Finance, Administration, and General Affairs (and potentially HR and IT).Support extraordinary finance operations.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as CFO in an SME, or alternatively as Finance Director of a branch / division of a larger corporation.Strong academic background (Master Degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering).Solid technical background across accounting, financial reporting, planning & control, financial modelling, and corporate finance.Fluent in English.Excellent analytical and quantitative mindset.Highly organized, reliable, and hands‑on, with an entrepreneurial and results‑driven approach.Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
