Cashier-Sales Associate / Front-Line Associate – Rome, LazioAre you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy working in an international environment? Join Maccorp Italiana S.r.l., part of Western Union , a leading company in the foreign exchange sector, as a Cashier – Sales Associate at our stores in Rome.As a Front-Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing sales of our products and services. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, interacting with international clients. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.Role ResponsibilitiesSell currency exchange and related services (money transfers, tax-free services, SIM cards, railway tickets, tours, and travel services)Deliver excellent, customer-focused serviceSuggest additional products or services where appropriateFoster customer loyalty and satisfactionHandle company funds and daily reconciliationComply with security and loss prevention proceduresRole RequirementsDiploma or degreeFluency in Italian and English (knowledge of a third language is a plus)Strong communication and sales skillsExperience in customer service, retail, or tourism is preferredAbility to work under pressure and solve problems proactivelyTeam-oriented and flexible work schedulesWhat We OfferFixed-term contract with the potential to become permanentRegular shifts and a supportive team environmentLocation (In-person)Stores located in Rome, Lazio, ItalyScheduleFull-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.EEO StatementWe are passionate about diversity.
