They are searching for a Head of Asset management and Operations to join their team to lead their portfolio commercial, financial and operations.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute asset management and operations strategy across thermal and renewable assets.Lead plant operations and O&M oversight, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasts, reporting, and capital planning.Optimize portfolio value through performance improvements, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Build and lead a high-performing team aligned to operational and strategic goals.Requirements10-15+ years of experience in the power sector with asset management and operations leadership.Expertise across both thermal/natural gas and renewable generation portfolios in the US.Strong knowledge of power markets, commercial strategy, and financial structures.Track record of driving operational performance and portfolio optimization at scale.Strong financial acumen and experience working with lenders, investors, and regulators.Follow us on LinkedIn for new job listings, industry insights and career advice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
