Standards & Compliance:Ensurestrictadherencetohygiene,safety, and HACCPregulations,aswellasBelmond’scorporateoperationalstandards.
Experience:Provenexperienceasan F&B Managerwithinluxuryhotels, high-end resorts, or Michelin-starred/fine-diningenvironments(Belmondorluxuryhospitalitybackgroundstronglypreferred).
Skills:Exceptionalleadership andmotivationalskills, with ahands-onmanagement style and asharpeyefordetail.
Financial Acumen:Strongcommandof F&BfinancialKPIs, cost control,inventorymanagement, and P&L accountability.
Languages:Fluent in English andItalian; knowledge ofadditionallanguagesisconsideredasignificantplus.
Passion forHospitality:A genuineambassadorofluxuryhospitalitywith a deepappreciationfor culture,gastronomy, and theBelmondbrand ethos.
