KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Our Restructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions.
