At Onerian, we’re building a game-changing AI product focused on solving real, high-impact problems in complex and regulated environments. This is not a demo or a lab experiment: we’re designing production-grade AI systems meant to scale, perform, and be trusted.We’re looking for a DevOps & AI Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the AWS infrastructure powering our AI platform. This is a core role with real technical ownership and influence.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and operate AWS-based infrastructure for a production AI platformBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Github actions) for fast and reliable deploymentsSupport AI/ML workloads, including training, inference, vector databases, and GPU-based systemsManage containerized environments (Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes)Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Improve observability, reliability, availability, and securityOptimize performance and cloud costs as the platform scalesWork closely with software, data, and AI engineers from design to productionWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE engineeringSolid hands-on experience with AWSSolid hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (terraform, AWS CloudFormation)Familiarity with cloud-native, serverless architecturesCI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)Good understanding of security best practicesStartup mindset: ownership, pragmatism, executionNice to HaveExperience supporting AI/ML infrastructure in real-world environmentsHands-on experience with KubernetesExperience with LLM-based systemsFamiliarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)Exposure to MLOpsExperience in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsPrevious experience in early-stage startupsWhy OnerianBuild a game-changing AI product from the ground upWork on real production AI systemsHigh impact and architectural ownershipSenior, pragmatic engineering cultureCompetitive compensation (and equity, depending on profile)#J-18808-Ljbffr
