Grow trusted client relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial product reviews to productionSupport PoCs throughout the entire evaluation processEnsure 100% customer satisfaction across the assigned set of accountsPrioritise customer needs and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to help support customer needsCreate technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services engagementsSupport top-of-funnel marketing by creating blogs, webinars, and participating in trade shows and field events.And any additional tasks required by the managerWhat you’ll bring:7+ years of software engineer and/or sales engineer management experience at a SaaS, Open Source or Enterprise Software companySolid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business modelsYou are a strong listener and communicatorYou can confidently lead a discussion with a group of Product Managers, Engineers, and ExecutivesEnthusiasm for working in a high-profile, fast-paced startup cultureExperience with Docker/Kubernetes and other cloud native platformsExperience with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks and AI and LLM technologies.About Kong:Kong Inc., a leading developer of cloud API technologies, is on a mission to enable companies around the world to become “API-first” and securely accelerate AI adoption.
