Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe’s premier hotels for art exhibitions. Serenity permeates the hotel’s Longevity Spa, which features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, a pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay. As HR Manager , you will lead the Human Resources function of the resort, ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and people-centered environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for all hotel departments • Overseeing onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure continuous growth • Supporting department heads with performance management, coaching, and HR best practices • Ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies • Managing payroll coordination and HR administrative processes • Developing and implementing HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and well-being • Maintaining accurate HR records, reports, and systems • Acting as a cultural ambassador, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment • Participating in management meetings and supporting cross-department collaboration Proven experience in HR management within luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environment • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence • Strong organizational and administrative abilities • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • A key leadership role in one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts • Professional development and training opportunities • Ready to advance your career in hospitality Human Resources?
