Randstad Inhouse, Pharma Specialty, is looking for a Tender Office Representative on behalf of a well-established multinational corporation in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.Work area: Pratica di Mare (RM)Contract duration: 9 monthsKey Responsibilities:- Formalization of Offers and Contracts: Drafting documents within assigned deadlines, ensuring absolute conformity with current regulations and J&J compliance procedures. - Communication Management: Sorting and routing customer communications to all relevant internal stakeholders. - Public Procurement Platforms: Updating company documentation and maintaining active registrations on various e-procurement portals. - Post-Award Support: Formalizing reports and communications for clients during the supply execution phase. - Pricing & Systems Management: Managing and aligning prices within internal systems to ensure billing accuracy and supply continuity. - Data Analysis: Inputting, extracting, and analyzing data within company systems. - Internal Audit: Conducting internal checks to verify process compliance. - Project Documentation: Searching, collecting, and verifying contract documentation for specific projects or cross-functional needs.The ideal candidate:- A degree in law, economics, or engineering; - Previous experience in tenders is an advantage; - Good knowledge of English; - Proficiency in the use of basic data management packages.
