We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and relationship-driven Seasonal Client Advisor to anchor our team in one of the world's most glamorous destinations. This role is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the high-energy, exclusive environment of Capri. You will be the face of our brand, curating memorable, personalized shopping journeys for our discerning international clientele.Key Contributions to the RoleElite Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both loyal and new clients, consistently exceeding expectations and anticipating their luxury needs.Ready-to-Wear Expertise: Act as the primary expert, offering in-depth product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and tailoring suggestions.Sales Performance & Strategy: Drive and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall commercial success of the seasonal Capri boutique.Impeccable Service Delivery: Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience that embodies the luxury standards and values of our brand at all times.Boutique Presentation: Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique environment is always pristine, inspiring, and aligned with global brand guidelines.Operational Excellence: Support all stock management procedures, including inventory checks, restocking, and accurate point-of-sale transactions, ensuring seamless daily operations.Brand Ambassador: Actively participate in exclusive store events and client engagement activities designed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty during the high season.What You Bring to the TeamExperience: Proven experience as a Client Advisor or similar client-facing role (2+ years), preferably within luxury retail, with a strong focus on Ready-to-Wear or high-ticket fashion items.Client Focus: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage meaningful client relationships (CRM experience is a plus).Communication Skills: Strong, polished communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse and exclusive international client base.Goal Orientation: A self-starter attitude, highly goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player committed to achieving and surpassing store targets.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising, quality control, and an understanding of the presentation standards required in a luxury environment.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
