Position We are currently seeking an Enterprise Integration Architect to help shape data and technology foundation at the base of our global digital transformation. You will design and implement a scalable enterprise data layer that connects systems across the company – from ERP to e-commerce – enabling real-time insights and future‑ready innovations such as AI and predictive analysis. Key Responsibilities You will design and document a scalable enterprise integration architecture connecting ERP, PLM, CRM and other platforms. You will define data exchange standards and schemes to ensure interoperability across business domains. You will lead the implementation of a real‑time event‑driven data infrastructure using modern messaging frameworks. Moreover, you will establish governance for naming conventions, data lifecycle and access management. You will conduct cross‑functional workshops as well as providing technical guidance to the implementation teams. You will also coordinate system integration strategies across IT, operations and digital teams. Requirements A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise architecture and / or industrial data integration. Strong knowledge of event-driven and service-oriented architectures. Proficiency in data modelling, API design and modern messaging patterns. Previous experience in integrating ERP and enterprise systems in a manufacturing or consumer products context. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Interest or previous exposure to AI, Machine Learning and / or Data Innovation will be considered a strong plus.
