The receptionist is responsible for:
Welcoming customers from arrival to departure Informs the client about the conditions of stay, formalities and hotel services Transmits necessary information to other departments Switchboard management Cash management Correspondence managementQualifications
Charm and empathy Professional experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian Love for work Personal initiative and propensity for teamwork Friendly and honest behavior A sense of responsibility at workAdditional Information
