We are recognized as a reference partner in ISO certifications, SOA attestations, workplace safety (D.Lgs 81/08), GDPR, and procurement procedures.Project Context As part of a strategic internal digitalization project, we are looking for aProduct Managerto help transform our operational know‑how into a scalable, effective software platform.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and formalize functional and technical requirements from internal stakeholders.Translate operational needs into user stories, specifications and well‑documented logical flows.Manage and prioritize the backlog, supporting the team in iterative development.Collaborate actively with the development team and contribute to defining the technical roadmap.Oversee functional testing phases and release validation.Promote continuous improvement of processes through digital solutions and automation.RequirementsProven experience in analogous roles (Product Owner, Technical PM, Agile Project Manager).Good knowledge of web development environments, especially Laravel, APIs and workflow tools.Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and/or Scrum.Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, GitHub Projects).Strong relational, organizational skills and a "hands‑on" attitude for daily product management.What We OfferOpportunity to contribute directly to an evolving core product.Collaboration with a competent, focused technical team.Remote work mode, flexible hours and autonomous priority management.Lean, horizontal environment with real, visible impact on product decisions.Collaboration TypeFreelance or direct hiring, with an estimated commitment of 2–4 days a week, to be defined based on availability and project phase.Working Location Remote – with occasional on‑site meetings upon request.Application Interested candidates should send an updated CV, with explicit authorization for personal data processing in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Italian Law 196/2003.The posting is for candidates of all genders (L. 903/77, L. 125/91) and all nationalities (D.Lgs. 215/03, 216/03).
