Position: Administrator for Security CompanyDepartment: AdministrationLocation: Lombardy, ItalyEmployment Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: January 2024 Role Description: The sought-after candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative activities of the security company, ensuring compliance with the current regulations in the sector, and collaborating with the management to ensure the effective and efficient execution of operations. It will be essential to maintain high standards, provide leadership to the administrative team, and represent the company in external relations. Required Qualifications: Italian citizenship or citizenship of a European Union country. High school diploma. No convictions resulting in a prison sentence of more than three years for non-negligent crimes without rehabilitation. No admonitions or personal safety measures. No convictions for crimes against the state, public order, or against individuals involving violence. Not under criminal proceedings for the specified crimes. No positions held in companies undergoing compulsory liquidation in the last 5 years or under controlled administration. Capacity to comply with legal obligations. Possess the technical skills necessary for the services offered by the company. Previous experience in managerial roles in private security companies or law enforcement, with a particular emphasis on private security.
