Join to apply for the Industrial Controlling Manager role at Richemont.The Industrial Controlling Manager will be in charge of the Controlling manufacturing operations within the plant, collaborating with 5 Industrial divisions across 5 Richemont brands and overseeing shared service functions costs. She/he will support the implementation of Group policies and IFRS and contribute to periodic reporting and closing processes. The Industrial Controlling manager will report directly to the Head of Finance & Controlling and will lead the Business & Industrial Controlling team (4 resources).How will you make an impact?In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ForDriving the professional development of the Business & Industrial Controlling teamAssessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processesContributing to the reporting closing processesCoordinating and overseeing the cost planning and controlling of Maisons, ensuring the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information in areas of:Financial planning (budgets and LE preparation processes and forecasting)Capital investment proposal and analysisFinancial performance (function operating costs and KPI analysis on a monthly basis)Formulating periodical business reviews, forecast and long‑term financial goals and leading implementation and development of internal financial controls.Developing and monitoring business performance metricsEnsuring adherence with group policies and proceduresKey Competencies & SkillsVery good understanding of the cost elements at various stages of production till the finished goods dispatch;Very good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviation, knowledge on BS/Cash Flow dynamics;Accuracy in managing high volume, complex dataTeam player with ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunities, be proactive in development of team membersManage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload accordingly to meet organizational deadlinesExcellent stakeholder management skills and strong ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders (Richemont HQ, external auditors and consultants)How will you experience success with us?Business Administration/ Economics & Management Master's Degree8+ years of experience as Controller in complex Industrial environments (One or more experiences in Luxury and/or Fashion industries is a strong plus)Previous experience in managing a team is considered a plusFluent English and ItalianProficiency with ERP System (good knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PM/PS/BI will be considered a plus)Skilled in MS Office, Proficiency in Excel (Pivot etc.)Analytical mindset, problem solving orientedWhat We OfferAgile Working PolicyLearning & Development OpportunitiesFlexible entry timeWelfareStaff SalesYour Journey With UsInterview with the Talent Acquisition TeamInterview with the Hiring ManagerInterview with the Industrial Director and the HR ManagerSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-18808-Ljbffr
