Overview Energy Dome is a company with revolutionary technology for large scale and long duration energy storage. The simplicity of the process as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipments opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market. Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking an Engineering Director to lead our global Engineering function and drive the execution and continuous evolution of our technology. Role Overview The Engineering Director will lead all engineering disciplines within Energy Dome—approximately 30 professionals including Process Engineering, Mechanical & Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, Piping & Layout, and Drafting. This is a strategic, managerial, and highly cross-functional leadership role with global impact. The Engineering Director will ensure the coherence, quality, and efficiency of all engineering outputs, acting as the primary liaison between Engineering, Operations, Project Delivery, Product/Technology, Supply Chain, and the Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in complex industrial plants or the energy sector, deep familiarity with EPC/EPCM project environments, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in fast-growth or highly innovative contexts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
