Overview La risorsa guiderà la funzione Accounting italiana di una realtà industriale, coordinando 2 risorse e gestendo le chiusure contabili e il bilancio civilistico. Il ruolo riporta direttamente al Finance Director e prevede un’esposizione costante al reporting di gruppo. Client Details Importante realtà industriale, parte di un gruppo internazionale, in fase di rafforzamento della funzione Finance per supportare la crescita e l’evoluzione dei processi contabili. Responsibilities Coordinamento operativo del team contabile (2/3 risorse) Gestione delle chiusure mensili, trimestrali e annuali Redazione del bilancio civilistico e supporto alle attività di reporting di gruppo Presidio dei principali processi contabili (ciclo attivo, passivo, cespiti, riconciliazioni) Interfaccia con revisori esterni, consulenti e HQ Supporto all’ottimizzazione dei processi e dei controlli interni Utilizzo e presidio dell’ERP aziendale (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics o equivalenti ) Profile of the Candidate Laurea in discipline economiche Esperienza di almeno 7-10 anni in ambito Accounting in contesti strutturati Precedente esperienza nel coordinamento di risorse Solida conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani (OIC) ; gradita esposizione a contesti internazionali Ottima padronanza di Excel e sistemi ERP Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese Approccio orientato al miglioramento continuo Job Offer Ruolo di responsabilità in contesto solido Percorso di crescita all’interno della funzione Finance RAL 52.000 - 60.000 €, commisurata all’effettiva esperienza Smart working e benefit di mercato Sede: Milano nord - est #J-18808-Ljbffr
