South Europe DirectorThe role focuses on supporting the business development activities of the company within the Energy market, including research, new business development, relationship building, developing and landing partnerships, delivering online demos, visiting customers to promote our tool and service Project Smart Explorer. Other activities include general operations associated with business development in the Petroleum/Energy market, participation at conferences, trade shows, or exhibitions. You will help develop the business within Italy and the South of Europe (Spain, Portugal, etc). Your role? To seek out, find and sign our future customers. Our Sales team currently consists of 3 people, but you will have access to our CRM of around 1000 leads. We operate with an agile method and aim to pursue growth and take solid market shares in the next 12 months.Your main tasks: Build a high-vision strategy for your region and a roadmap for the yearGenerate leads and business through an outbound/hunting approach: deepen existing accounts and prospect for new clients (emailing/phoning/visiting) and maintain a comprehensive sales pipelineMake demos, submit offers, follow tenders with clientsBuild a lead list and use our already built listMeet new prospects at events, and follow with emailing/phoning strategiesAnalyse and forecast the commercial pipelineAdopt and use Hubspot CRM to follow up on leads, offers and dealsWork with the rest of the team to update commercial partnerships and invoicing processRepresent the expertise and brand image of the companyProvide inspiring feedback and benchmarksParticipate in the family mentality of our companyYou are the right person for us if:You have at least 3 years experience in the B2B sector linked to oil & gas, petroleum or Energy projects businessYou have experience in business developmentYou have good written and oral communication skills in English and ItalianYou have the ability to organize your own work with little supervision and prioritize your workYou are used to managing sales cycles and can follow them upYou are able to adapt quicklyYou have high mobilityYou have already had similar experienceYou are an excellent networker, with ability to deal with a wide range of peopleYou have previously worked with the CRM HubspotWhat we offer to you:Challenge: We are a small company with room to grow; there are many things to build, if you want to co-create and progress quickly, this is the time to join us.Flexibility: Hours, remote work, or methodology — we trust you from the startA committed team: Each person will be there to help and guide you and is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditionsCompensation: Robust fixed salary, 10% on new sales, 5% on renewal, car, phone, travel expensesRecruitment processSend your LinkedIn profile or resume to with a short introductionTeams interview with Jean CEO - 30 minInterview with Jean-Charles Chairman and Jean CEO - 1 hFit interview with the rest of the team - 30 minWelcome to 2B1st Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
