Customer Management and Business Development Lead and supervise a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring quality, value, and results. Identify new growth opportunities with existing clients (upselling and cross-selling). Develop and conduct new business activities: prospecting, participation in tenders, commercial presentations. Ensure the correct implementation of communication, marketing, and brand strategies. 2. Leadership and team management Coordinate and motivate the Sales Team. Foster a climate of collaboration, responsibility, and excellence. Define clear and measurable objectives for the teams, monitoring their performance and professional growth. 3. Strategic planning Collaborate with strategic management to define the agency's vision and positioning. Interpret market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
