Innovaway S.p.A, società specializzata nell'erogazione di servizi ICT, ricerca per ampliamento del proprio organico un Technical Specialist PM per un progetto interno. La figura con seniorityMiddle dovrà supportare e guidare la delivery di progetti software. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con team di sviluppo (FE/BE), analisti, QA e stakeholder, con responsabilità crescenti su pianificazione, coordinamento operativo e controllo avanzamento, mantenendo un approccio pragmatico e orientato al risultato. Il profilo ideale ha infatti: Esperienza 2–5 anni in ruoli di Project Management / Delivery / Coordinamento tecnico su progetti software. Buona capacità di interfacciarsi con team tecnici e comprendere implicazioni su tempi/costi/qualità. Conoscenza operativa di approcci Agile/Scrum (anche ibridi). Capacità di organizzare attività, gestire priorità e comunicare in modo chiaro e strutturato. Familiarità con stack Java/Spring Boot e Angular (non è richiesto sviluppare, ma saper “parlare la lingua” del team). Conoscenza dei concetti base di:API REST e integrazioni tra sistemi Security applicativa (concetti come token, ruoli, autenticazione/SSO a livello generale) CI/CD (pipeline, build, deploy) e flussi Git gestione ambienti e rilasci in contesti cloud Dimestichezza con strumenti di lavoro tipici:Jira / Azure DevOps / Trello (o equivalenti) Confluence / SharePoint (o equivalenti) GitLab/GitHub (a livello di processo) Altri task: Supportare la pianificazione delle attività (roadmap, milestone, WBS) e il monitoraggio dell’avanzamento. Coordinare operativamente team Backend (Java/Spring Boot) e Frontend (Angular), facilitando dipendenze e allineamenti. Gestire e mantenere aggiornati backlog, issue e deliverable, contribuendo alla definizione delle priorità con i referenti. Presidiare la comunicazione tra stakeholder interni/esterni: status meeting, verbali, action list, follow-up. Tracciare rischi, issue, assunzioni e dipendenze (RAID log) e supportare escalation e piani di mitigazione. Collaborare al coordinamento di release e passaggi tra ambienti (DEV/UAT/PROD), includendo verifiche di readiness. Supportare la produzione e manutenzione della documentazione di progetto (piano, report, note di rilascio, runbook/handover). Contribuire al miglioramento continuo del processo (retrospettive, standard, metriche di delivery). Plus (nice to have) Esperienza su progetti in ambito cloud-native (Docker/Kubernetes anche solo concettualmente). Nozioni di monitoring/logging (Grafana, ELK, APM). Certificazioni o formazione: SCRUM, ITIL, Prince2/PMP (anche in corso). Buon inglese scritto/parlato.
