As the leading solution for Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we are looking for an Inside Sales (all genders) to join our growing Sales Team. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures. What You’ll Do Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal. Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals. Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results. Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end—from lead qualification to deal closure. Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects toward a successful buying decision. A consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships based on active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones. Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services. Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions. Fluency in Italian (native level) to communicate with customers, and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication. Why AlfaDocs? Administrative Info Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term. Salary range: fixed salary 30-33k + 12k OTE (on target earnings). Location: Accademia Tecniche Nuove Via Eritrea 21, 20157 Milano. Office Model: Hybrid Mode 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break. Trial Period: 30 days. Start Date: Starting September/October 2025. Selection Process Call with Talent Acquisition (30 min).
