Customer Experience Manager(contratto a tempo determinato per sost. maternità)Vuoi contribuire a rendere l’esperienza Sky sempre più semplice, fluida e memorabile?Nel team Customer Experience & Journey Design della Direzione TV cerchiamo una persona curiosa, empatica e orientata al miglioramento continuo, pronta a progettare esperienze che lasciano il segno.Entrerai in un team appassionato e multidisciplinare, lavorando a stretto contatto con diverse funzioni per disegnare journey omnicanale coerenti, fluidi e centrati sui bisogni reali dei clienti. Ogni giorno sarà l’occasione per trasformare insight in soluzioni che semplificano la vita delle persone, intervenendo su journey, processi e comunicazioni che fanno la differenza.Cosa faraiMonitorerai KPI e insight CX per individuare pain point e guidare miglioramenti concretiCoordinerai progetti di Customer Experience, garantendo coerenza sui journey e facilitando decisioni e problem solvingCondurrai attività di user research (qualitativa e quantitativa) e benchmarkingOrganizzerai e faciliterai workshop di co-design con team interni e stakeholderProgetterai e aggiornerai journey omnicanale e di servizio, assicurando coerenza tra tutti i touchpointPromuoverai la cultura CX in Sky attraverso iniziative dedicate ai colleghiRedigerai materiali per Steering Committee e SALChi cerchiamoConosci l’offerta Sky (o sei curiosa/o di impararla in fretta)Hai 2–3 anni di esperienza in CX, UX o Service DesignTi muovi con disinvoltura tra tool di design (Miro, Figma, ecc.) e metodologie di user researchSai facilitare workshop e coinvolgere stakeholderHai familiarità con AI generativa e personalizzazione CXComunichi con chiarezza, empatia e visioneParli e scrivi bene in ingleseSe ti entusiasma l’idea di costruire esperienze che contano, portare valore concreto alle persone e contribuire a una cultura customer-first, unisciti a noi#J-18808-Ljbffr
